how many of you guys use sunbeds ?

Im from the uk so not much sun to tan up with here but i think there great for making your muscle look better than it actually is !

I used to use em mate, once or twice a week! Im pretty sure, the darker your hue (skin) the more defined your muscles look.

That, and I personally look a lot better with a tan rather than my default pasty white look! I always used to feel pretty good afterwards as well.

i used them a few times when i was dating a girl that worked at the gym and i didn't have to pay for them. i think i might start using it again though.. ever since moving to Ireland i have been looking more and more like this guy:

when im trying to get some color, i just take my shirt off, unbuckle my overall straps, roll my britches up and then go to work. does wonders for the ol complexion.

Just curious you wear alot of clothes all year round with the weather right.. Over here we a almost naked all year round..

I'm from the south. I used to go and a ton of guys here do too....some of them look like douche bags with an excessively tan face lol but other than those that look funny from it nobody really cares
