Ok so i have been natural for about 2 years and i wanted to get a good base before i do my first cycle so i think i am ready and could use some advice on getting things started. If anyone could give me some help i would greatly appreciate the help on doing this the right way thanks.

So i def need to cut down on my bf but what would be a good first cycle?
Workout. Day 1- chest and tri. Day 2- Bi and Back. Day 3- Shoulders and traps.
Day 4- Legs. Day off then repeat.
