Hi guys- read lots of posts on here as well as stickies so without further ado - my stats:
27, male, 5'11, 10% body fat, 14 years training, 195lbs, very solid diet 3000 Cals 250-300 protein, and 600 carbs per day. I alternate between 2 day power-lift splits and 4 or 5 day isolation HIT routines every few months and have managed to build great strength and solid gains. I am able to bench 315, squat about 365, and dead-lift 455 so my working rep range is over a couple of plates on everything- but I am looking to break some plateaus-
SO how does this look?
-test 500mg/week (10 weeks)
-hcg week 4 to 12, 2x250ui/week
-Nolva on hand just in case
-start PCT 14 days after last pin Clomid 100/50/50/50 and Nolva 40/20/20/20/20
Not looking to gain 50 lbs or anything- would be cool to put on 10 after cycle- and add 20-30 pounds to all my working sets.
Should I run aromasin 10 mg eod weeks 4-12 as well?
