When to take my HCG???

Going to be running 500mg sust/ week in 2 doses, mon and thurs. Will be running 250iu HCG 2 times/week along with it. My question is, should I take the HCG the same days that I pinb the test??? Or would you recommend a different schedule? Thank you

I know I am a little light, but I just competed in a powerlifting event and had to cut 10 pounds in 2 days

I have done two different things.
1) If I shoot Test like you are on a mon thurs schedule I usually take my hcg tuesday friday.
2) I dont start the HCG until the last two weeks of my cycle and continue taking it going into my PCT cycle.
For ex. lets say it's an 8 week cycle
Week 7/1000iu
Week 8/1000iu
PCT
Week 1/1500iu
Week 2/1500iu

Make sense?

hcg should not be taken during pct, as it can shut you down. You should take it 2 weeks into the cycle and stop a week or 2 before the end of the cycle. Swifto has a great thread on hcg you should check it out.
