ive done a tub of serious mass before and gained about 15 pounds in 4 months, probarbly 5 pounds of fat but im a hardgainer so it came of easy, i know the main carb source is maltodextrin in these gainers and its cant be healthy to be taking that amount of sugar daily for a long period of time, but at the same time there great for someone like me and im sure a lot of others with a fast metabolism especially if you on the go all day.
Whats the opinions on using malto as a main carb source for bulking?
