A friend of mine has run M1T's and thought the world of it.
His Stats:
Age - 22 (yep, young-ish)
Hgt - 5'9
Wgt - 165pd
BF - 16%
I laughed when I heard of his tales of the M1T (though I have not tried it, I have several close friends who have, and other gear-runners who have who laugh it off as well)
That all being said, I recently lead his way to Test Cyp which he is running 1g p/w for his first cyle.
He is already looking different 3 weeks into it. It's amazing..
What would the outcome be, besides wasting some of your money.. if he stopped at 4 weeks? It would definitely play a role in removing the emotional rollercoaster with proper PCT, and possibly other sides... but would you lose your gains because of stopping it before 6 weeks?
We were discussing it, and I said I would look into it, but for now to keep his mind on the 8-10week goal.
Thoughts? Facts?
