    New Year = New Cycle

    Happy New year and all the best to eberyone for 2011.

    Thought i would post my Cyclce and see what feedback I get.

    Stats:
    37yrs
    5ft 9
    205lbs
    15ish % BF
    Training 6+ yrs


    This will my 6-7th cycle. Last cycle was Prop + Tren ending in Aug 2010. Had problems getting back to normal but finally went to get my blood work done around 1st week November and all my Test levels, liver, were perfect. My Sugar was the only thing that was high, and it was in the high range of normal.

    New Cycle.

    week 1-14 Sustanon 250 @ 750mg per week
    week 1-12 Deca 300 @ 600mg per week
    Week 1-4 Anadrol 25 @ 75mg per day. ( after 1 week I might go upto 100mg per day depending on sides )

    PCT
    Liquid Clomi @ 100/50/50/50
    Liguid Nolva @ 20/20/20/20
    Liquid Clen @ basic 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off

    Cycle looks fine, maybe drop a few % in bf before starting the cycle

    Thanks for the reply Marcus.

    To much holiday cheer added to the fat gain. And it sems no matter how i change my diet and step up the cardio i just cant get below 15%. Thinking of cutting out all carbs to see if that will help me.

    But my diet is good, Well not for December......

    You aren't changing your diet enough and your not stepping up the cardio enough otherwise your bf would change without doubt. Get down to around 12% ish and you will be fine to start the cycle, you will also be in a better position to build quality tissue at this bf rather than what your at now.

    Quick question :

    Is it better to split the Anadrol up through out the day.
    Or is it better to take all 100mgs at one time.

    started my cycle on Sunday and been splitting the the 100mg up through out the day. Did a hest work out today and it SUCKED...... felt like my strength was way down

    that is what i thought. Well I have only started the Drol on Sunday. I will give it at least the week. Just more offten then not the gear is bunk up these woods and it is tiring......

    Also you could run your PCT for 6 weeks instead of 4.

    just thought i would post about my cycle and workouts.

    Trainned legs today and i could not get through my routine. I just felt so tired and could not get into it at all.

    4 days into the cycle and I thought that Anadrol would have kicked in. Any feed back would help.

    Have some issues that are serious hindering my trainning and mind set.
    I am planning on stopping early. So here is what Im planning. Tell me what you think please

    Next shot is tonight, Im not going to do the Deca, and will continue to run the Sust for another 2 weeks at a lower dose of 500mg per week. I personally like to run test a few weeks longer then Deca or Tren before i start PCT...

    For PCT i was planning on running 2 weeks after my last shot of Sustanon. but can I run it 1 week after my last shot. And i was thinking of replacing the Clen with liquid Albuterol.
