    First cycle in a long time, im lost?

    Ok here is the story. Almost 30 years old 195lbs at 5'9. Bf% Estimate is 20-22%. Most fat in stomach 38inches. 8 year history lifting weights but fell off for the last 2 years working/drinking/eating.

    I have two 10ml test cyp 200mgs
    100 dbol tabs 5mgs
    $100 of hcg
    30...20mg pills of nolvadex

    I've been doing cardio for a few weeks and lifting.

    How should I take this stack if I want to add muscle but shed fat also?
    Should I try to shed Bf before I run this?
    Do I need anything else?

    Bold ^^. I would not reccomend for anyone with your bf% to cycle. Put the gear away for now and visit the diet section and get that on the right track before you consider jumoing on gear. Also if you have been out of it for the past 2 years there is no reason to jump right on, get back in the gym and train natty with a good diet and then consider running a cycle later down the road.

    Butane, you probably want to include more info for the folks on here to give you some good feedback. What's your diet like? Is this your first cycle? How many IU's of HCG do you have? Dollar amounts don't help since everyone could be paying something different. As far as your cycle goes, I'm sure if you do some research you could easily answer that question. That said, here's what I suggest with what you have:

    400MG Test per week for 10 weeks
    25-30MG Dbol ED for the first 4-5 weeks
    at 5 weeks run 400 IU's per week of HCG inject EOD
    after last injection wait two weeks, then run your Nova.

    I'm sure some of the vets on here could provide better details than myself...Good luck. If anything, I'd suggest spending about 2 weeks on here researching.

    Two options here. One is to hold off and allow yourself more time to get back inot the routine of lifting w focus on your cardio to cut down b/f. You took 2 years off and have put in a "couple of weeks" cardio/lifting and want to hop on a cycle? Give it time and get your training and moreimportantly diet in order. Option two is to do a half ass cycle, waste the gear ya gt, gain off of it and lose what you get because diet and training are not ironed out.....

    Id wait personlly.

    Yeah you guys are right I need to get my diet clean and hold off for a while until mf Bf is down.
