meh..technically you might be able to get away with it..but i would run some ECA and increase the cardio before running a test only cycle..generally whenever i've run test only without an AI i actually get a little bloatier looking so i try to be as lean as possible before running a cycle like you proposed..age? experience?

Nice progress. Your neck is about 2x as thick as before, lol. Good shoulders too. Hit the chest a little harder and trim down a little bit. Looks like you're an ectomorph, dropping bf% shouldn't be too difficult for you.
Thx, yeah my chest is def my weak body part, but i just hit a new chapter with my chest workouts.

From a bodyfat perspective you are boderline as far as "ready". From a muscle maturity standpoint you are years away. You have an easy 10-20lbs of muscle you can still attain naturally with a few more years of training hard and eating correctly.

Its the same guy, one set of pics was just taken in a mirror. Look at the 2nd set of pics, he has a slight clavicle deformity thats evident in both pics. Check out the knuckle arrangement on the 3rd set both hands, exactly the same. If you look close you can see the freckles in both pics as well just different lighting.
those freckles are prolly zits, got a couple of em'
