5'7 177lbs (after morning pee) Guess is around 11-12% body fat. Tested 10.2 with caliper.
28 years old.
Totally natural up to this point
Squat: 415 (1 1/2 months ago). 305x20 (2 months ago)
Bench: 275 (1 month ago). 225x11. 245 4x3 (just did the 245x3 actually)
Chinups: 17 (after low rep bench) This was over 2 months ago
Weighted Chins: 80lbs 4x3 (while superset with 140lbs log press 4x3). This was also over 2 months ago
Barbell Shoulder Press 175 (about 5 months ago).
Cycle is 500mg a week of Alpha Pharm Test E.
Today was my 4th shot. My diet has been very steady day to day. Lots of oatmeal, chicken, protein powder, water, and more chicken. I have pretty much been hovering around 4000 calories a day.
4 pins in, so 1 1/2 weeks (started on Sept 20th) and I am now 182lbs in the morning. I feel like i'm bloated though... see a little fat building around the nipples. I can't tell if it's gyno or just fat. Pretty sure it's puberty gyno and fat mixed though. Either way, I can't figure out how to get rid of this crap. My diet is pretty clean and it's been around for quite a bit. But the extra weight i've been putting on is really making it show.
First pin was left front delt, second was right rear delt, third was left rear, 4th was right front. Going to either use quads next 2 or go back to left front delt.
PIP has been a little bit of a problem. Hurts to raise my arms so doing pullups/chinups causes pain. So does pushups. But this is always the day after pinning. 3 days after, it's more discomfort than pain.
I will start logging my workout routine as well. 4 days a week. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday. The routine is a bit wacky because trying to get a few goals together for 2 different people. So there is an added day (sunday) that is purely cosmetic... bunch of isolated exercises. Tues, Thurs, and Saturday are our major lifting days. Tues and Sat being full upper body. Supersetting 2 exercises at at time. High rep, little break. 8 exercises total. Both days have similar muscle groups hit, just different exercises to hit them. Thursday is all lower body, squat, bulgarians, stepups, walking lunges.
Main goal during this 12 week cycle is to put on lean mass. Whether it is 5lbs or 15lbs. Not totally into bulking but don't mind it. Definitely want to shred fat more than anything else while putting on muscle (perk of getting my lifts up).
But I feel great. My body seems to reacting ok to it. Not rejecting it. No illness, no weird body things going on. Just the PIP!
