21 body fat id say 5% 175 lbs
i eat different everyday but for example the other day i wrote down what i ate....
breakfast:
-fried egg on toast cheese on top with butter n ketchup
-Apple
snack:
-french vanilla yogart with vector sprinkled on top
-apple-peanut butter and jam sandwich
lunch:
-subway sandwich 12" ham, green pepper, onions, white cheddar, lettuce, jalapeno, parmessan, salt n pepper, mayo, mustard
-650 ml coke
snack:
peanut butter n jam sandwich
Dinner:
-12 chicken wings (hot)
-3 baked potatoes with butter n sour cream
-bowl of salad with spinach, cucumbers, red pepper, strawberries, mango, cottage cheese.
snack:
-shake with strawberries, banana, oats, vanilla yogart, ice cubes, milk
-pecan pie tart.

Your eating ALOT of junk and sugar. Take a look throughout the forums and look at sample bulking diets. And ps. Your diet needs 110% change.
Avoid sugar, milk, sodas, cheese, maio, sandwich.
Eat every 2,5 to 3 hours.

never heard of casein before could you send me a link to where i can order some like supplementscanada.com or somthing? and for a gainer i have mutant mass what do you think?
also im 6'3 175 didnt mention my height before if that changes anything...
im 6"3 and 175 aswell, whts ur age and bf? and u need to post ur diet with macros, use nutritiondata.self.com to calculate them.
and i dont like ANY mass gainers, their full of sugars and are overpriced. casein is calcium caseinate and its derived from cheese, its a slower absorbing protein which is why u take it before bed. u can buy it in any good suplement shop. ON is the biggest protein company, they were my favourite but they are a bit over-priced. u can get good quality cheaper. and dont touch ANY weight gainers, ON make 2m serious mass and pro complex gainer. i tried serious mass and got some good gains on it but its carbs are entirely from maltodextrin.
read as much on here as u can i would say, theres stickys about bulking diets on here and plenty of other sites.
sorry, just scrolled up and saw ur age and bf. 5% bf? i think u culd be extremely wrong with that. 5% is close to competition bf, i used 2 be close to 6% and tht was very low to keep all the time. at 21 175ibs is pretty low, im 18 and making steady gains at about 3800 cals so i think thts a good aim for u.
