    I know when i started throwing down 8 cups of oats a day, my whole digestive system became much more different due to all the fiber. Not to mention the methane gas thats emitted and the time spent the toilet!

    I find that when I get back on protein powder and eat lots of brocolli with my rice that the first 2 weeks or so it gets bad then tapers off... or I just get use to it... damn Im sexy
