Hi, looking for some help in cutting some fat. Just want to do a short, maybe 6 week stint of something to boost results. Been dieting hard with moderate exercise for the past 3 months. Dropped 30lbs. am now down to 230lbs. 5'7.
I am going to be ramping up my cardio this week, but am looking for something to help me along and see more results. Weight loss has leveled off over the last 3 weeks and getting frustrated.
