bro, are you taking anything with the winny......winny isnt going to shred you up like you believe....its best used to maintain muscle while dieting....
odds are unless you do a solid cutting cycle you will not lean up and maintain the same weight with winstrol...
var, fina and prop are a good combo...Madmax..

A good diet for winny is a good cutting diet when not on AS. Do a search for cutting diets. You will find many.
