Curious on guys opinions on Raw milk (2 cups with fat skimmed, so around 1 percent fat) with a scoop of protein. Does anyone else consume raw milk after working out?
This what I am doing right now:
POST WRKOUT (2:30 PM) – 1 SCOOP OF TITAN V-CORE WHEY POWDER [150 Calories/27 grams Protein/4 grams Carbs/2 grams Fat]
2.5 CUPS OF RAW MILK [250 Calories/23 grams Protein/30 grams Carbs/4 grams Fat]
20 GRAMS DEXTROSE POWDER [70 Calories/0 grams Protein/18 grams Carbs/0 grams Fat]
Totals: (470 Calories/50 grams Protein/52 grams Carbs/6 grams Fat)
