I'm mainly not doing anything cause St Patricks day weekend was a huge "detour" for me..

Totally fine, it's not an obsession, just a lifestyle choice.
Sometimes it can get out of hand, like freaking out when you realise your 15mins late for your 7th meal of the day.

Humans are wired for social interaction. Part of the reason all of us workout is to better our social status. Avoiding social interaction is abnormal.

when I';m focused on health and working out, alchohol and such is like a "no fly" zone for me.... really don't even want to sip a beer... won't eat bday cake or ice cream. my family understands and have grown used to it.

when I'm hurt and healing that's another issue
