When to start HCG?

Again many mixed opinions on this topic, i'll runing a Test/Tren cycle will be running Hcg through out up to 7 days before clomid/nolva
so when do i start my HCG? week1 week2 or week3???? everyone says something different
Also should i take a 1 weeks break from the HCG half way through my cycle?

weeks 1-10 Tren enth 400mg/week
weeks 1-5 Dbol 40mg/day
nolva + clomid+forma+unleashed for Pct
done many cycles in the past but i've been steroid free for past 2.5 years about gettin back into it
5'9 190lb lean

Also should i take a 1 weeks break from the HCG half way through my cycle?No need, unless you'll be on for super long time20 weeks plus or soemthing like that

many diffrent ways to run HCG and it work, so make a choice, you seem to be on the right path, there is just not clear cut answer for each person. as we do diffrent lifts, we'll take our drugs a bit different as well
