    Legal advice....

I am planning on doing a cycle in the next month or two as I am cutting naturally right now to get as much fat off as possible and get down to 10-12 percent bf.

My question is I recently had to evict my un-authorized tenants or roommates and they vowed to take me to go to court and seek revenge. They know I have had steroids on me in the past, but what could they do legally since they never seen them, 'only heard about them being in my possession' and I want to keep them until my lease runs out in June. I am also taking them to small claims to get back all the unpaid rent they refused to pay (they are real scum bags). On the flip side, they left a shotgun and a 55 inch 3D TV which I might keep if they don't pay (i'll give it back once they do).

All they need to do is tell police they saw drugs in your house and they will come looking.

u can call any attorney in your local phone book and get a quick, free, and accurate reply on your question, during a phone consultation.

i can give u advice for the future tho,,, pick your roommates better, and keep your meds PRIVATE.

    good luck

it takes two people sometimes three people to say there are drugs in your house and for them to get a warrant to come looking... in the U.S. anyways.. no real search and seisure laws elsewhere.. the cops could come in with only one person saying so i think.

another issue you might run into, if they go make a police report against you, claiming you "stole" their tv and shotgun, then cops could come over to interview you about that.

as i said before, i would speak to a local attorney asap by phone, 99% of them will give you a phone consultation bro, and you can get accurate advice for YOUR city and state laws.

dang okay... like for them to look at the shotgun because it was sawed off, but barley legal I had to show them a text message saying they were trying to 'dispose' of me in order for them to take a look at it, otherwise they said they had no obligation to look at it. I guess when it comes to gear it is a different story. Basically it is a 4 bedroom house, with myself and my other roommate (who is cool) and the two guys who didn't pay will try and wiggle their way out and try to get me in trouble. They already threatened to take me to my school's ethics board based on what they know or think I have, not on what they have seen. Its a bulls**t situation and I am not entirely left to blame.

Did you spend "that much" money that you can just get rid of it and call it a day?

sometimes taking a loss is a win......and this way you can sleep and not get into their negativity and go on with your life. Getting bailed out or hiring an attorney or getting kicked out of school or losing a job might end up A LOT more expensive. There are toilets for a reason.

Yeah but I am one of those people who wants to get the last punch in the fight. I am not going to let someone who is inferior to me in size and IQ intelligence to think he can win and outsmart me. I'll just say he was trying to sell me some gear.

Might be taking on something which could backfire.....not a good idea. I hope you are kidding.
And if you want the last punch in the fight then you gotta be in the fight so to speak, and this could create more trouble. This is asking for it.

Please let the stuff go and call it a day. Take your loss. An attorney who is worth anything will cost more than what you paid for and a free attorney? for consultation? to find the right one who knows the specific laws about steroid possession might be a long shot IMO unless you do a lot of homework and find one who specializes in this type of thing. Not just every attorney will know this off the bat.

Look at it like Vegas. Lost some chips.

keep a very small amount of gear in the house, maybe a few days worth. bury the rest in your back yard until this blows over.

If superior, then what need to dominate someone inferior? Where's the sport in that? A true test of growth and maturity is the ability of keeping one's ego in check. How do you think people perceive you if you spout off you are physically and intellectually superior?

Store it someplace else or with a warrant the cops will tear your place apart looking for it.

its pretty simple file a report after they were kicked out of your place for non payment of rent you then told them you were going to take them to small claims court thats when they told you if you did they would file a false report saying your a drug seller or a user something along those lines

head it off before they have a chance to screw you if you file before them letting them know its a ex renter most of the time they wont do a follow up trust me when i lived in detroit i had to go thru this alot as a landlord in small claims court iv been everything from a kiddie toucher to a drug dealer no mother fukers i aint never done that shit
just sharing what some landlords go thru to get there money

Yeah definitely appreciate the advice guys... i'll find a safe place for it. But basically the guy wasn't on the lease (previous roommates' fault when he left) and failed to pay rent so now I am going to head to small claims court but since he wasn't on the lease and was an unauthorized tenant, paid with cash, do I have a reasonable case against him. My other roommate who is respectable hates him, and the landlord hates him as well because he lied to them about having a dog.

wouldnt that be covered under the terms of sub leasing if the landlord dont care there's no problem there

as far as having a case your going to have to get your landlord to write and sign a paper saying he was sub leasing thru the main renter then you still have a case plus any mail to that address proves he lived there otherwise no i dont see a case

  25. #25
I think the landlord would sign a statement that he would be living there and with regards to the police they have talked to the roommate and they know from recorded telephone conversations that he in fact lived there and wanted to get his 'belongings' back. So I do have proof that he was living there just no receipts of him paying for rent and utilities.

ok so that's his fault for not asking for a receipt yes u can still go after him for money owed for his % of the rent and bills for the last month he was there and didn't pay and really if he was there for like 10 days on the start of a new month you can pro rate that bill and rent as well

and as far as cops having phone recordings dont count on that as being a big part of the case its only icing on the cake you still have alot of leg work before you have a full case to get your money

depending how much is owed at this point u may be better off letting it go cause if its only like 300 bucks its going to come close to evening out with court costs filing costs time from work
plus u already got payment with his tv n what not if you have a cam turn back the date to a few days after he left show u sat it outside by the curb cause u dont have to hold onto anything of his as a sub leaser

Tenants almost always get the benefit of doubt and if your lease is non existant then its really going to be rough to prevail in court. Take this as a lesson for the future, if you want to rent rooms make sure to cross all your T's and dot all the I's. You are going to be appearing in court with no paper trail with him saying he paid and you saying he didn't...its not likely to turn out good.

I have been in the same situation myself and while it sucks there is usually not much you can do other than be greatful he did not put concrete down the shower drain and a dead fish in the toilet tank like a low life I rented to did.
