    Not really, he's just shooting beans. The kid was a suspect, he wouldn't listen, so they shot him with bean bags. Not sure why the cops were even arrested (allegedly).

    Probably because the investigation concluded that what happened is what it appears like, that is they wanted to shoot the kid for fun. And since he was a ghetto kid they figgured no problem who would he complain to, only trouble was someone was filming.
