So I've been looking into it, and it seems nearly all of the info out there on it is somewhat old, so new restrictions may be in place that I need awaring on. To buy it online, do I just need to provide my info with the order? Wouldn't that be the same if I were to buy it over the counter from a cattle store? Is it "safer", or just much cheaper online?

Also, is it pronounced fina-plICKS or fina-plEE ? I'm thinking the latter.
