I'm on a cutting cycle, and though its not a lot compared to all the stuff everyone else runs, but I'm running EQ/ECA, clean diet, cardio 15 min a day, 4-5 times a day, (although I'm bumping that up to 30 min thanks to pain), I just finished my second week of EQ, 3 shots down cause I'm taking 1 every 5 days.....and I'm not really seeing any results yet? I do feel a little bit more harder, but not really any visual results......now am I just jumping the gun a bit, I probably am but just wanted to get some feedback? I'm taking Bold QV 200, 1 c every 5 days.....which is 200mgs every 5 days. Is that ok?
