Its going to be really hard to allow proper healing while doing your excersizes with a boxer fracture. So for this reason I would go ahead and stop the cycle. A mild/short PCT would be a good idea.

Conversly if your wheels are lagging behind you could focus on your legs and really bring them around?

PS next time when you get mad don't hit an inatimate object harder than a jaw or nose. And if it was a person rememeber that a wild punch to the cheek/eye can wind up being a shot to the forehead real easy...PS yes I have had a boxers fracture too, mine was while drinking.. go figure.

Run pct wait till your all the way healed time on + pct = time off so you can prob get back on pretty soon. I had the same thing happen to me you want it to heal properly. you dont have to stay completely out of the gym, you can hit your legs and do some upper body movements with machines. Good luck bro.

Sorry about the hand bro. I sprained my ring finger knuckle on my dominant hand. I was on week 5 of my Test/Deca/Anavar cycle. I just kept on the cycle and stopped punching and just stuck to lifting lighter weights and doing a few more sets. I'm just finishing up my week 8 and my knuckle's feeling better. Not enough to punch but enough so I can grapple and continue lifting weights. If the prognosis is that you can exercise without further injuring your hand you might want to consider staying on your cycle. If you're hand's broke and that you can't do anything for 8 weeks, you might want to consider stopping your cycle and do your PCT. Either case, good luck on your recovery. Injury really stinks.

In a similar situation. 2nd degree tear in the ligaments on my right wrist which i done kickboxing and i was at the end of week 3 of my 10 week cycle. I took a week off the gym to see how things went and put my 2ml in on the 4th week but have decided to stop the cycle now as there is no change in my wrist at all.

If you cant train 100% i would go into PCT immediately.
