    4th Cycle Help

I am looking to cut some BF% and gain some definition with this 6 to 8 week cycle. I am having some trouble with gyno at the moment and can't seem to determine if I should run Letro or Anastrozole with this. I'm thinking that running both would be too much and cause issues. I was considering running letro for a couple of weeks before this cycle and switching to Anastrozole while on-cycle. I understand that I would need to be on letro for 6-weeks and ween off for about 2 weeks. That's a lot of time for me to be impatient to start this next cycle.
The T3 kinda scares me a little. I may cut that out, messing with my thyroid is scary stuff, I'm worried about recovering my natural thyroid hormone levels. Is this a big problem with people supplement their natural T3?

I would really appreciate some assistance with this one.

    Proposed cycle:
    Test-C 500mg/wk
    Clen: 60mcg/ed 14-on/14-off
    T3 50mcg/ed
    Var 40mg/ed
    T-Bol 40ng/ed
Either: Anastrozole .25ng/ed OR Letro 2.5mg/ed

    PCT TBD

Do not run letro off cycle ever. You're joints, especially your knees will get destroyed.

That's too short a cycle for test c. You need to do some more research.

You have stated that your weight is ''too much'' in your profile and I am assuming there is a whole a lot of BF in there. Why don't you dedicate yourself to a lean diet and 4-5 time a week cardio sessions to get the results you want out of your body?

You are making a big mistake with your particular approach to steroids, by granting that you can actually use them for loosing some weight, trimming some fat and gaining some definition. Moreoever, even if you go through a successful cutting cycle as you have tried to design one above, it will not happen with a 6-8 weeks long cycle.

Ask yourself now, why have I developed gyno? Most likely because you have been involved with steroids previously without having done a proper research and not employed a solid anti-e at the right dosage in your cycle. It seems like you have not learned your lesson either, as anyone can tell by looking at the design of your upcoming cycle that lacks an anti-e. Why develop gyno in the first place and have to take care of it later? What a mess.

The only advice I will give you here is that take care of gyno first and foremost, before you start another cycle, not that I would ever advice you to start another one before dropping your BF down to 15%. I strongly recommend running Nolvadex 20-40 mg ED for up to 6 weeks, and make sure it is pharma grade.

My BF is at 16%- 18% at the moment. I will agree with you that using this stuff to try to spur weight loss is not a good idea and yes, that's the reason why I have selected the combination shown. The gyno is from not using an anti-e in previous cycles. It was dumb, I know that now thanks to these forums... I'm curious, isn't letro is one of the most powerful anti-e drugs available.

I also agree that more research is needed. There's no such thing as too much knowledge with this stuff and that's exactly why I've posted this propsed cycle for peer review. I appreciate your feedback and value any and all knowledge gained here. I wish I had this resource when I was in college!

That's very good to know about the letro. I did not know that. My knees take a beating already from cycling. With summer quickly approaching I'll be spending more time riding. I probably should stay away from anything that is going to affect my knees.

I didn't specify a length of time for the cycle. I was thinking 8 to 12 weeks though.

Would the anastrolzol be a more appropriate anit-e for me?

Try Arimidex 0.5 EOD and see how that works for you.
