Any suggestion on what is the best liver support supplements out there.

I would give my vote to Liv52 also sold as LiverCare by Himalya Health Products. Its performace far exceeds that of milk thistle and unlike some of the other strong liver care products there is no problem with side effects or issues if you already have liver damage.

Go to their website and you can see a ton of links to real double blind studies in pub med comparing it to milk thistle.

I use it myself. I have had HepC for about 20 yrs and since finding it (liv52) this year and implementing its usage I have had zero problems with liver pain and/or swelling which used to bother me about 50% the time before starting on LiverCare. And this is while consuming 200-300 gms of protein a day which is a heavy load on a damaged liver.

Look into UDCA aswell if Liv52 doesn't do it. I'm ordering liv52 and plan on using it unless liver values go off norm,,then I'll use UDCA

use GODEX.. is it carnitine orotate vit b1 b6 b12, adenine hcl.. it is USFDA approved. i think it is also available in US.. here in the Philippines, more doctors prescribed godex for liver repair and detox.

I think Synthergine is best and thats because I have used it with many athletes I train including myself and
Ive seen proof through bloodwork that it works.
