    CLENBUTEROL... Best ways to cycle with TEST? Tips..

    Its my first time using clen. i am currently using eq and test as well. what would you all recommend for including clen into my cycle? 3 wk on 1 wk off? tips?? thanks in advance!

    2 weeks on and 2 weeks off is the standard. after 2 weeks its not going to be working anyway so that extra week is kinda a waste. then take 2 weeks to un adapt to the clen before getting on again

    Take Taurine right from the start, the cramps it can cause are vicious. You never know your true strength until you have your arm lock up from clen and have to lean all your body weight against something to straighten it out. Feels like arm wrestling yourself lol. Ramp up the dose very very slowly.

    good to know bout the taurine. what size doseage should i begin with and how slowly, or quickly, should i increase it? i am taking "killer bees" for a thermo right now but will discontinue when i begin the clen cycle

    i am also on a test cycle and using clen 2 on 2 off with 3k of taurine ed. i stared at 40 mcg and went up every 2 days in units of 10 mcgs stoping a 100mcg and tappered down. ive herd ppl say no need to taper but i did anyway. from a weight loss view i may have lost 2 -3 lbs but it put me in a lifting frenzy in the gym so much energy and this was week 1 and 2 of a tst e cycle cant wait for week 5 and 6 when i have both kicking in. cramps oh yeah they'll get you like everyones said. thats my input good luck.

    Agreed!! I cramped so bad in my hamstrings it woke me up from a deep sleep and lasted about 4 mins!
