low back pain on cycle- questions

Been on a 10 week cycle of eq ,test c and winni... Just started the winni 2 weeks ago.
Been having low back pain since the 5th week, I'm on week 8 now. Is it kidney pain? Sometimes it does away, sometimes its one side sometimes its both... I did notice that when I inject a delt, the side I inject is linked to the pain on that side of mty low back. Also do delt shots cause kidney pain more than glutes or quads, I ask because someone told me that the oil and gear run down your body... Please any answers will help thx.

sounds like just regular back pain to me. Back pain isn't a normal side of AAS use. Unless you're talking about painfull back pumps

Maybe back pump... But I'm not sure. Its been like this for awile
