First things first, my stats are
28 (be 29 July 8)
6'3" 230lb
BF is around 12%
Been lifting solid for 6 years
Done numerous pro hormone cycles
Did a Test E/Deca Cycle in 2009 with good results
Diet is pretty good and always based around bulking.
I would have preferred Test E and deca again but prop is all I could get so its going to have to work. The prop is dosed at 200mg/ml and the deca is 300mg/ml. Enough on hand and can always get more if needed. I know Prop is a short ester needing to be pinned ed or eod and deca a long. However, to keep things simple, im going to split my deca up and pin it with the prop. My thoughts are to pin both Mon/Wed/Fri which will give an extra day (sunday) before I pin again. I plan on dosing them both at 450mg/week (.75cc of prop and .5cc of deca per shot). Im going to run the prop about 9 weeks and the deca about 7 that way I can start my pct a few days after my last prop shot. Im no professional, so if you have a suggestion or idea, please share it.
