throughout the day, the more often they are administered the more likely you'll have a relatively even blood plasma concentration...(which is always optimal), good luck

on a further note, most do the same with dbol, i take 6 a day = 30mg daily, and i take them about every 2-3 hours...

Doses should be split at least twice a day to keep blood levels constant. The half-life of winny is appr. 12 hrs. I always tke my first dose appr. 30min prior to lifting in the A.M. with a little grapefruit juice. The juice aides with absorbtion. Second dose before retiring.
