I just got home from my first year away at college and I put on a significant amount of pounds and I want it off before I go on vacation. I've taken clen before and it worked nicely (dropped about 15lbs in 2 weeks), but this time I'm looking to lose more. I'm currently 193 and I want to get down to around 165 before August 4th. I'm probably going to end up doing 2 cycles of clen between now and then, but what is the best diet to adopt?
