well i am 6.1' 250 lbs 18% bf on a clen/test cycle i am doing cardio 4 days/week i waqnt to begin a cutting diet i will be getting about 200g protein ed an 4 ordinary spoons of olive oil i am wondering if i should cutt all the carbs??oh and 1 more quest should i eat a little snack befor cardio to up my metabolism ??
