It is necessary to take novaldex in this cycle ? - http://www.steroid.com/novicecycle2.php. I heard that novaldex reduce the anabolic effect of testosteron, is it true ?

I don't know how old that proposed cycle is, but now it is become common practice to run an ai on cycle to control estrogen.

Keep the nolva at a low dose and you should be fine.

IMO thats not a good starter cycle. You should do test only to see how ur body reacts.
as for nolva on cycle, it depends on what sides you have (if any...) For some, a AI works better, for others a SERM works better. I know for myself a SERM works better than a AI cuz i only have slight gyno sides (plus pubertal gyno so who cares :P ) and no bloating, acne etc.

As for nolva going against test, not necessarily true. Nolva at high doses can inhibit some IGF-1, which hampers gains.

Yes ur fine doing nolva at 20mg, however do you nneed it? who knows, cuz ur stacking on a first cycle you cant get a base line of how ur body reacts to exogenous testosterone. personally, i would keep only the test, however u have test cyp which is a personal least liked.
