    Must gain weight!!

Hi i need to gain weight as im sooo fed up with my size i think it looks horrible, my girlfriend says i look fine and so do my family but for myself i hate it.

im 22 5,11ft and weight 60kg maybe abit less i cannot gain weight for love or money with just eating, i eat a fair amount of food and have never been able to put on a pound.

im after a supplement to take during the day which will boost my calorie intake and help me to gain weight but im unsure on which one to get as there are soo many and all claim to be the best, i just wanna gain abit more weight.

even if someone here has a list or somthing i can use with things to eat each day or exercises to each day to gain id be more then happy to pay for this help!!

    many thanks

Doesn't exist mate, I don't care what they claim. You have to eat. You say you eat a 'fair' amount of food; define fair.

You can start by listing a typical day's diet. Include time of day for each meal, weights/measurements, and macros (protein/carbs/fat/total calories). It'll take some work on your part, but will ensure you get the help you need around here.

PS - while i don't generally like them, do you currently supplement with any mass gainer powders?

You going to have to spend some time then to create a meal plan you can stick to eating every single day. If you cannot gain weight with food no amount of supplement will help you. I would recommend starting by reading these two threads:

Once done they should give you some basic information on how to diet properly. From there, you should be able to craft a diet that suits your needs and actually has food that your willing to eat every day.

In addition, this is my current cutting diet. I DO NOT HAVE YOUR STATS OR GOALS DO NOT COPY MY DIET. However, it should be helpful as a template of how to write out your diet in an organized fashion to make it easier for member's to critique on the board.
