Hey there im a 25 year old male 5' 6" 210lb I was in really good shape this last year weighed about 170lb and got married and really stoped watching what I eat and really hitting the gym hard I have gone here and there but not how I use to I want to and need to get back in shape im just discusted with myself I have been going to the gym 4 to 5 days a week do about 30 to 45 min of cardio and about 1 hour to 2 hours of lifting I have started this week to do Tren, Test prop & winstrol Im doing 50ml 2 x a weekof each for the first 2 weeks than 1ml 2 x a week for the 3rd week than 1ml 3x a week for weeks for 4 and 5 and that should be my first cycle is this a good option for me or should I try losing some weight before hand ?
I have also started dieting again usual diet consist of oatmeal or cottage cheese in the am for lunch chicken breast with 2 hard boiled eggs only eat the egg whites and dinner chicken breast with some greens. Is this a good enough diet?
