Hcg?

I have one month left of my cycle which i am using test e twice a week at 1ml every jab.
For PCT i was going to use chlomid and nolva but after more research HCG sounds very effective.
I would appreciate if you could suggest what doseage and how often you would use HCG?

HCG is used during cycle, 2x250ui/week, some start at week 1 others a week 4, so any time now will be good to start, and stop using when PCT start.
