    need advise please guys

    hi guys,

    right... need a bit of help here...

    STARTED: 21st march

    week 1-12 test e - 500mg
    week 1-12 HCG - 500 ius
    week 1-12 stane - 12.5mg EOD
    week 1-8 anavar 70mg

    so im about 9.5 weeks in cycle, normal 4 week pct of clomid and nolva to begin 2 weeks after last test shot which wud take me up to 21st july which is fine... but the thing is, i am going on holiday 31st july for 1 week

    now i know that through my pct and after i still need to be eating and training alot to maintain my newly found muscle, however... nobody likes to be bulky and beefy on the beach (b4 ppl start, this was not a planned holiday - it was sorted yesterday), so is there anything i can add or do differently to trim the bf down aswel (again b4 ppl start, i know bulking and cuting is near on impossible, but i just thought id throw it out there for ideas)

    and finaly, i will be going to egypt or turkey and i plan on bringing back gear wit me, following a previous thread i posted and was advised thebest way to get the gear back to the uk is to post it... so, my question is, do i literallyjust wrap the item and potter of to the post office as i know some countries check out going mail etc and im unsure if its ilegal etc but i dnt fancy a turkish/egyption prison....

    What does your diet look like. I wouldnt change anything in the cycle but you can clean your diet up to get leaner.

    cardio in the morning at empty stomach for 45 min or more, cardio after work out for 30 min at least. cut down some fat and carbs.

    my diet is pretty much spot on, damien in the diet section done it for me

    meal 1: 80g oats, 2 eggs, scoop protein
    meal 2: 60g oats, 4oz chicken, 50g broc
    meal 3: 65g brown rice, 4 oz brown rice, 50g broc
    meal 4: as meal 2
    meal 5: as meal 3
    meal 6 8 eggwhits, 2 eggs, spinach, 40g oats
    after work out - protein shake and 40g oats
    30 min after above - 150g extra lean mince
    b4 bed - casien protein and 2 tbsp organic pb

    sorry i dnt have macros to hand but its approx 3.2k calories

    cardio in the am is impossible as i work 12 hour shifts 5 days a week and have 2 b up at 5:30 am 6 days a week
