is getting pretty tough. Sitting at my desk my hands fall asleep and feel swollen. My shoulders are aching all day, but in the mornings they feel like someone beat me with a crow bar in both shoulders.
I know this means I need to ramp down my IU....... correct? Is is ok to just drop from 6 IU to 3 IU or do I need to tapper down like I ramped up?
What are the pros and cons to either? (cutting it down immediately or rammping down)
