    @THE-DET-OAK or any others: sust/eq

    following the-det-oaks reply on "increase skeletal muscle & collagen synthesis in a previous thread. running 325 mg/eq with trt dose 200 mg/sust per week. looking for advice on pinning weekly being okay or if necessary to pin twice weekly. also...pct for these lower doses. 155 lbs walk around, first cycle, eq for 14 weeks and sust for last 8 or 9.

    325mg's of eq?

    Not even worth the tiny bit of sar tissue you'll get from pinning. It a ridiculously low dose of an inneffective compound.....

    mid-30's, 5'10", 155 lbs now, very low bf, aim is healing and repair over mass, have weight class to consider, weeks run explained in better detail in op.

    yes...several sports injuries accumulated over past few years...joints, tears, etc. to be honest, this is just possibly an irresponsible attempt at salvaging a few more years of mma competition. my age and body is trying to tell me no more. this cycle choice was due to researching repair and recovery in the sport.

    lol. it sucks getting old doesnt it?
    The eq is a waste. low dose test would be your best option.

    it does suck. but it has been a good, fun run while it lasted.

    so just remove the eq all together.....even if i already have it? so then what about the pct and pinning question?

    would you split those low doses up into 2x/week? and would you still need a lot of pct?
