just looking to cover my tracks here.
Ill start at 25mcg/day for the first 3 days then ramp up 25mcg/day until 100mcg. Stay there at 100mcg for 6-9 days then ramp down the same way. Roughly 4-5 weeks total.
First time user. My diet, training, and cardio are dialed in. Also running 50 mg/var.
What are typical results and how fast?
Do I need taurine for cramps like clen?
Do I cut down on coffee while on T3?
