Okay, so iv been talking to a friend who goes to the gym, and hes put on alot of muscle and gained alot of strength in the past few weeks - so iv asked him what he uses. He told me about these pills hes been taking and says that i should try them ....
So iv brought 25 of these "Oxymetholone IH 50" tablets off him, and was planning on taking one a day while training to see how it goes.
Would i be okay to take one of these a day while training, and would this have any MAJOR side effects? I know heavy trainers usually take 1-3 a day, but im new to this so thought id just give it a try to see how i progress.
Im 20, weighing in at around 146pounds
