Had this discussion today with a good friend that says there is no way he will ever look like me, nomatter how much he works out, due to genetics.
I say, yes you can, with the proper balance/addition of hormones and GH. Then a tailored training and diet program, coupled with a proper rest schedule.
He just took a full BW panel, and we´ll see what he comes up with. He´s 46, and trained all his life.....he says.....but after training with me a few days, he says he now understand he never really worked out...
99% of people just don´t do those last 2 reps, or add those extra 10 lbs, even though they would be able to.
I am the only one that thinks BO, when a new member pops an odd first message in the lounge...lol.
