    supplements during the steroid cycle

    hi guys.i am 30 years of age .height 5'9'',180lbs bodyfat -14%.i am planning the following cycle for gaining-

    test cyp-week1 to 12 -750mg/week
    eq-week 1 to12 -500mg/week
    d-bo-week1 to 4 50mg/day

    i want to put on lean muscle.i am a vegetarian.and i do have following supplements

    mvp-bulk weightgainer
    phd pharma whey
    jack 3 d

    what do u think about these and what else do u reccomend?
    please help

    those supplements helps, but protein, carbs, fat and calories are the only one will put muscle. You never mention about PCT?

    I am confused with hcg.do u think it is necessary with this cycle.if yes shall i take during the cycle or after the cycle.
    Nolvadex or armidex during the cycle
    please help me how to plan pct.

    Use hcg during cycle from week 1 to 12 at dosage off 2x250uis/week. keep nolva in hands in case of gyno.

    For PCT:
    wk 1-6 Tamox 20mg/ED Or nolvadex
    wk 1-6 Tore 60mg/ED (120mg/ED first 14 days) OR Clomid 25mg/ED (50-100mg/ED first 7-14 days)

    Do you have a diet plan in place? I'd be curious to see what kinds of foods and calories you
    will be taking in especially being a vegan.
