Ok, so I'm an entrepreneur. I day trade at home and invest in real estate (can you see where this is going?). This year has been really tough on me with the markets just bouncing everywhere, real estate valuations plummeting and just when I thought it was all starting to even out, I get admitted to the hospital for pneumonia in my left lung and pulmonary embolism in the right. I spent 2 months in the hospital unable to move and barely able to breathe.
I'm also the single father of a 3 year old boy.
I've been out of the hospital for one month and now I'm on Coumadin (wayfarin) for the next 6 months. I'm trying to get my company back together but its difficult. That means money isn't flowing from the trees like it used to, which means I have to be very specific about my supplements and food. Now, as you know, the right foods are expensive and I have a new budget to live on. What would you recommend for a new diet? How should I supplement my diet to drop the unwanted fat and bulk up the muscle?
What bare essentials should I be looking at?
Thanks guys!
