Was hoping to get my next cycle critiqued.

Cycle history: Multiple cycles

Just got done with my pct from my last cycle and I know I have a few months before I begin my next one but Im already trying to put one together.. and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Cycle:
12 weeks Sust 250 at 500mgs pw
first 8 weeks Deca 200 at 400mgs pw
last 4 weeks anavar 50 mgs ED
aromasin 10mgs EOD


PCT:
HCG. 6 weeks at 250iu 2x pw for last 4 weeks of cycle and 2 weeks after cycle is over leading up to actual PCT.
Nolvadex 5 weeks 40/40/20/20/20 ED
Clomid 5 weeks 100/50/50/50/50

i think you should run something like dostinex for deca progestrone effect.
also why dont u start HCG from first week ?
and deca for 8 weeks thats not enough
i would say to run sustanon for 14 weeks and deca for 12 doses are fine

i agree with OP run deca at least 12-14 weeks,it doesnt kick in until week 6

ok.. how often do I have to inject sust and deca? and are my dosages ok? also can i inject both of these with the same syringe?
