hey was just wondering i was thinking about starting winny at about 30-45mg a day for 4- weeks, iv never tried aas before and have just done a lot of research and think these could help
iv got a bit of a belly but was thinking i need d-nbol with test (if im correct) ? too sorry if i spelt it wrong.
the only thing is i would wanna bulk up but not to big and i read that it will add weight but im worried it might just add to much weight and turn to fat :/
im currently 5,10 around 170lbs was planing on lifting 4-days a week and add cardio in from boxing on the days i dont lift
my diets alright like just getting it sorted, eating 6 small meals a day
please dont give me a abuse im only looking to learn more, as you's all started once before so thanks
