My Goal for this diet is to drop a fair bit of bodyfat tho i am not looking to be completely ripped.
Cardio: 3 x week before breakfast
ASS: Test p/Tren
This is a diet i was going to follow please let me know if its ok or not
Meal 1: 3 scoops whey & half cup oats
Meal 2: 250gm Chicken Breast & cup of brown rice
Meal 3: 250gm Salmon & Cup of Brown Rice
WORKOUT ( 3 scoops whey with 30g dextrose or half cup oats) <wat works better?
Meal 4: 250gm Salmon & cup vegetables
Meal 5: 250gm Salmon & cup Vegetables (Salmon Lover)
is this good???
Also when can i drink coffee with no sugar?
