    Never Dieted before Need Help...

    My stats are
    Age: 24
    Height: 183cm
    Weight: 126kg
    bf: 18%

    My Goal for this diet is to drop a fair bit of bodyfat tho i am not looking to be completely ripped.

    Cardio: 3 x week before breakfast
    ASS: Test p/Tren

    This is a diet i was going to follow please let me know if its ok or not
    Meal 1: 3 scoops whey & half cup oats
    Meal 2: 250gm Chicken Breast & cup of brown rice
    Meal 3: 250gm Salmon & Cup of Brown Rice
    WORKOUT ( 3 scoops whey with 30g dextrose or half cup oats) <wat works better?
    Meal 4: 250gm Salmon & cup vegetables
    Meal 5: 250gm Salmon & cup Vegetables (Salmon Lover)

    is this good???

    Also when can i drink coffee with no sugar?

    for starters as im not expert to give a full good line up. id do more cardio and drop dextrose use oats. also think 3 scoops is to much 2 should be good unless your scoops are like 15g protein

    also on my cut i drink coffee when ever i want. need my energy. also dont use sugar but i drink more water to. which reminds me make sur eyour drinking your water

    Bro u got to have calories lots especially when bulking u r taking to much powder eat replace all that with food

    I know was making a point not enough food diet dosnt look like it was to wel planned....bro beef is great protein eggs I'm morning Cardio 5 days a week 40 mins at 2.0 mph then week three bump up to 3.0 u will be good

    ok i just wasnt sure if you read it wrong. im guessing he has work early morning like me and has a hard time getting a solid meal. if thats teh case i cook my eggs and rice before bed. wake up have a shake to get started then once im at work i hide and eat my eggs and rice real quick

    Thankyou guys for the advice. I wanted to have eggs in the morning but wasnt too sure. how many eggs would you recommend?

    ill drop the dextrose and replace it with oats and the only reason i have cardio at 3 times a week i was hoping diet would do more of the work rather then cardio but if i need to up cardio ill up it to 4 times a week

    Fasted cardio will do the trick IMO and if you can consistently, you will see the BF melt away~

    Agreed...also why not lower rice a cup is a lot of carbs man...neways eggs let's go around 6 to 8 gold amount.u will enjoy how u feel keep yolk its the part with all vitamins and mineral

    ill have 6 whole eggs meal 1 with my half cup oats.
    meal 2 and 4 will both be reduced to half cup of brown rice rather then 1 cup of rice each

    Is there enough fats in the diet?
