    new bench video

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Q0pGHSe4gc

In 7 weeks I've doubled my reps with 305lbs. I NEVER wear gloves except for this video due to the fact my hands are always sweaty on my cycle.

About $500 brand new. Only got 355lbs free weights, and a 60lb dumbbell....not much but hey, it works! Lol

Do you have shoulder problems? If not, start benching.

I'm like 80lbs behind you bro. I do have shoulder problems from being a sponsored skateboarder but don't use that as an excuse. I'm just not strong! I can get stronger but I lose my size when I do. Been thinking about saying screw it and go for strength for two months then switch back and see if I can grow more but i've been doing so much kickboxing and BJJ lately that weight training is on the backburner.

If you are getting that sweaty while benching (hands) your back is bound to do the same. It will prevent slippage while benching or any other movement. The shirt will absorb the sweat and oil. Trust me, I work out in a home gym and learned the hard way.

    Seriously?
When benching, flat or incline, dumbbells or barbells, and shoulder presses. If I don´t use a belt, my lower back hurts later in the day, and the next day.

Same here, except I wear it in every workout.
