    HGH Injection - No carbs / Little carbs? Blood Glucose issues? Liver/Carbs/IGF

    I've read to inject HGH on and empty stomach and not eat any carbohydrates for an hour after.

    I have also read that some carbs are necessary because without a little bit of carbs the HGH may not be as effective. But not a large amount of carbs because that could lead to blood glucose issues. The liver needs carbs to produce IGF and HGH needs insulin to promote igf emission from the liver.


    So I am kind of confused.


    I was planning on taking one shot a morning on empty stomach followed by breakfast which has oats an hour later.

    i dont eat anything for an hr after then have regular breakfast.
    going great so far

    Hgh blunts your insulin release. Be careful brah

    It prevents enough insulin from being released

    No it doesn't. It causes insulin resistance which actually causes more insulin to be released resulting in hyperinsulinemia.

    thats if you eat carbs directly after a pin right?

    I guess best way is to either pin at night (altho its open to discussion as to age etc) or very early in the morning and wait like 1hr before pinning....thats how I do it...wake up like 5 am...pin pop my T4 tabs and then go back to bed for an hour or two....wakeup grab a cup of coffee with my breakfast and protein shake and head to work...been going since May 5th and so far so good...
