    I would imagine most bodybuilder's here already know that and only do cv work to maintain some level of health

    The reason for the resistance ex to be superior is a result of increased lbm, thus increasing bmr and energy expenditure during recovery

    Compared to cv work alone which only has an after burn effect

    haha paul check is one of the most respected men in the fitness industry. He even has a nationally accredited fitness trainer certification under his name... Def not a joke. HE is actually cutting edge on everything. If you listen to his nutrition lectures it will seriously blow your mind.

    Ya but most dont realize the cortisol release/reaction from intense cardio which is counter productive for fat loss
