    It was made from concrete on steroids. Ever notice how all the news media uses that saying now when referring to crazy stuff. It was like a Tornado on steroids, a car on steroids, anthonys weiner on steroids.....

    It was probably made from Acashia or Akashi wood depending on spelling and where it was from. It the wood they used to make the table for the last supper and it is rare but still used today to make a lot of furniture in Asian countries especially Philippines due to it's Hard nature and being able to stand up to the test of times. Doesn't warp, crack or rot if prepared right.
