Thread: Where to start??

    Where to start??

Hey all, I've never cycled before. EVER. I've spent countless hours researching the right start cycle but I keep reading about sides that require certain pct products to keep your body in check. I'm not saying I'm afraid to take these AAS but I wanna make sure I take the right ones. My stats are 6'4" 246 lbs. My goals are pretty much 50/50. I wanna get cut and muscular. I guess my question is what do you recommend for starters to pick?? More important to me is what side supplements should I have on hand and when should I take them. I'm not in it for a super long run. I have been working out and just need a boost. I also know I need to focus on my diet. Here's my dilema, I researched a-bombs and thought it to be extreme but good for gains. So I decided to go a grade down and thought deca would be ok that seems to shut HPTA, and stonozonol too> I know I won't freak out if I know what's going on in my body and how I can keep it in check. I turn to you guys because I'm confident you know what's the way to go. Thanks in advance, I appreciate all your advice!

Ok I guess it looks like I'm going to have to wing it and learn from what I'm reading and pray everything goes well. I'll post questions on my undecided cycle. :/

Hey T-gunz. I'm 26 yrs old my body fat % is unknown but I am an average chubster. Chubby arms and a tire. I'm considering a bulking cycle with any AAS that i can easily handle pct coming off it being that it's going to be my first cycle ever and I don't want to be discouraged. Know what I mean bro? But It would be nice if I can slim down simultaneously. Just looking for a recommendation on what's a good starter cycle.

Dont be so impatient grasshopper, it's the weekend and some people are out doing things.

In the mean time you could check out the sticky notes at the time the spell out the beginner cycle. Also with very little research and searching the site most all your questions can be answered.

You already answered a few of the questions but typically we have a few more before deciding how to help.
    Stats
    Age
    Height
    Weight
    Body Fat
    Working out experience
    Diet
    AAS experience
    Goals

It is typically recommended that you do not run any type of cycle until you have a few years of full time serious working out under your belt, you have a good working diet and the proof in the pudding is you are 15% body fat or less and have an athletic type build.

There is no reason to run high octane race fuel in a stock slightly worn out car. Only way to get any use out of race gas (aas) is to put it into a machine that is already high performance and can benefit from it.

I have experience lifting for years btw played football in high school and never got off the habit of hitting the weights. I got a training regimen that I'm confident will give me mass and strength. SO I'm more than ready to hit the pedal to the metal. I can''t wait!

Oh well right now I'm downing about 250 grams of protein and watching carbs. I notoriously eat carbs at the wrong times but honestly it's my biggest pitfall. I wanna get cut and bulk up a good 20-25 lbs. of lean muscle while getting my body fat % to at least 5%-6%. I have ZERO experience with AAS. :/

Never underestimate the importance of a good diet! And dont tell me you know how to diet if you're carrying a spare tyre and flabby arms. Get to the diet section and get sorted out. If you have flabby arms i'm guessing your at ^25% BF. No way should you cycle at that BF, way too many negative sides. And cycling without proper diet is a waste of time.

Well you might want to re think they. If you where 5% or 6% for more than a week or so you would have some serious health issues. That's competition BF levels. A GOOD walking around BF level is 10%

Your BF is probably 30...(That´s your Bodyfat 30%, not your Boyfriend 30 y.o.)
All recommendations will point u to shed your BF to 15% or less before attempting to do a cycle.
The side effects from AAS, is much greater with a higher BF.
U can shed that in 1 year given your age, and a decent diet/cardio lifestyle.

Everyone wants to lose fat and gain muscle, choose one (I suggest you get to 15% or below bf) naturally. Once there with diet knowledge maybe consider a cycle. I'd prefer to see males at 12% or lower before a cycle.

You're absolutely right it's upside down at best. What % BF should I be st to start a cycle?

Trail blazer, you seem like a smart guy. These guys really know their stuff go slow and take their advise. My advise would be start off slow and dont add to many new chemicals at once. Add like one a cycle that way you have a reference point. For example if you have a new side effect any only added 1 new thing, if you didnt have side effects before than u know what gave the new side effect. If you add four new chemicals, u will never know what chemical did what. Good or bad. You might get huge gains from only one new additive. You wouldnt know which one gave the big gains and you would have to take all four new drugs forever, when only one is good or bad. Hope that was clear. Im not tryin to discourage you. Ive already scored my gear and these muscle heads, I mean that affectionately, have talked me into waiting. And its killimg me but they are right, its better to wait. Im like a girl, I want my first time to be special..lol jk girls!!! Good luck bro and dont be scared to ask questions.
